الاستبدال ورصيد المتجر

· يتوفر الاستبدال أو رصيد المتجر خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الإستلام.

· يجب أن تكون القطع غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبحالتها الأصلية مع وجود البطاقات.

القطع غير القابلة للإرجاع

· القطع ضمن العروض

· القطع المصممة أو المعدلة حسب الطلب

· الإكسسوارات

هذه القطع غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الإرجاع.

الشحن

· يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

· في حال وجود خلل أو إرسال قطعة غير صحيحة، تتحمل Formeae تكلفة الشحن.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Formeae.

· Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of delivery.

· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

· Sale or discounted items

· Customized or altered pieces

· Accessories

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

· If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
